Welcome to White Glove Transportation Services. By booking our corporate transportation and airport car services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Reservations and Rate Adjustments
- All bookings must be confirmed through our official platform or an authorized representative.
- Price Audits: Online booking systems cannot account for every travel scenario. We reserve the right to review and adjust any system-generated quote to correct software errors, or to account for unrouted tolls, peak holiday surcharges, and severe weather. We will notify you promptly of any changes.
2. Airport Pickups and Communication Requirements
- Passenger Contact: A reliable, reachable phone number for the traveling party must be provided at the time of booking so our operations team and chauffeurs can maintain communication.
- Standard Pickup: Curbside pickup is our default standard for all airport arrivals. Inside Meet & Greet service at baggage claim must be explicitly requested in advance and may incur an additional fee.
- Communication Challenges: In the event of network delays, hold times, or connection challenges, passengers are strictly required to remain on the line or establish a time-stamped backup communication (such as leaving a voicemail, sending a text message, or emailing) to confirm their status. Simply disconnecting without leaving a record does not excuse cancellation or no-show fees.
3. Additional Fees and Route Changes
- Your initial confirmed rate covers a direct point-to-point transfer or the exact hours booked.
- Additional charges will apply for any client-requested changes made after confirmation, including extra stops, route deviations, parking fees, or extended wait times.
4. Cancellations and No-Show Policy
- Atlanta Airport Car Service & Transfers: You must cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time to avoid a full charge.
- Hourly & Corporate Event Services: You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance for standard individual bookings.
- Special Events & Multi-Vehicle Bookings: For high-volume events, weddings, or multi-vehicle reservations, White Glove Transportation Services reserves the right to adjust and enforce a custom cancellation window (e.g., 7 to 30 days) as outlined in your specific service agreement or contract.
- No-Shows: If a passenger cannot be reached or located within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time (or 60 minutes for international airport arrivals), the ride will be billed at full value.
5. Vehicle Rules and Liability
- All fleet vehicles are strictly non-smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping).
- Any physical damage or professional detailing required due to passenger conduct will be billed directly to the account or card on file.
- We are not liable for travel delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, exceptional traffic congestion, or airline delays.
